2.3 One Account Per Person

Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of bets, and potential legal action. 2.4 Account Security

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

jos178 is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, underage gambling, and fraud. To comply with international regulatory standards and protect our community, we require all Users to complete a KYC verification process.

3.1 Required Documents

You must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address (if requested): Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification (if requested): Bank account statement or screenshot showing account holder name and account number for withdrawal verification.

3.2 Verification Timeline

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal conduct. jos178 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of your funds at any time and to refuse deposits or freeze Accounts pending satisfactory explanation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by jos178 (including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and promotional campaigns) are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. You must review and accept these terms before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential Account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body or competition organizer. For football betting on competitions such as BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches, results are determined based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified in the bet description. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market rules.

6.2 Live Betting

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, cancellation of bets, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Self-Limit Tools

You may set the following limits on your Account at any time:

Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may self-exclude from jos178 for periods of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 jos178's Right to Suspend or Terminate

jos178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Multiple Account creation or use
• Bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Becoming underage or legally ineligible to use the Services

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause, jos178 may forfeit your remaining balance, cancel pending bets, and void any bonuses. If termination occurs for reasons unrelated to your breach, your remaining verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable administrative fees or outstanding charges.

8.3 User-Initiated Closure

Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, wagering requirements will be forfeited, and your remaining balance (after deduction of bonus funds) will be returned to you within 5-7 business days. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jos178 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, game designs, and compilation of content (the "Content"), is the property of jos178 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. 13. Force Majeure

jos178 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, power outages, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, server crashes, cyber attacks, or pandemics. 14. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• jos178 provides the Platform and Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• jos178's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jos178 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of jos178 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos178 holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration Agreement

17. Severability and Waiver
